The program is consist of group discussions facilitated by the Chapter Member Development Officer. It focuses on all aspects of job procurement for newly certified coders such as resume reviews, interview techniques and tips on how to leverage past experience not related to coding. Expectations on job hunting will be addressed to better prepare the member. One on one mentoring and externships are potential additions to the program depending on availability of mentors. The mentoring program is conducted after each monthly meeting for 30 minutes.
